1548 - Incoming contact report from U 99:
Inbound convoy of 30 ships, including several tankers in Qu.6918AL. Escorts are 6 Gunboats. Contact is lost but regained in the evening until morning. During the night, U 28 (Kuhnke) also, makes contact with the convoy.
2349 - Boat cannot travel faster than Half Speed, due to heavy swell.
