Hi Tomek
The 2 files that you mention in post 1, check if you can see these files in your Game Launcher folder.
If they are not in there cut and paste them from your Silent Hunter 5 folder into the Game Launcher folder and see if the game loads.
Check that you have Network 4.0 installed in Microsoft update history.
