Aircraft, the answer would lie there. The equipment number, will be followed by the node name, then the date it is available, then the next date when it is no longer available. If the second date is month 5 etc. 1945, then once enabled through jsgme it will remain in effect in the game from that day forward, until the mod equipment is superseded, or the war ends.
