No, there isn't any missing .tga linked to the 3D model, I didn't delete it, it's still there, but the model is now textured only with the first one, as I can see in the preview geometry windows.

Could you try to reproduce my experiment?

First, you have to change some of the settings of both tga involved:
- the "specular strength" of both tga must be different than 0, else the model will look plain black;
- you have to assign a different "diffuse color" for both texture (for instance white for the first, and yellow for the other one)

Then see how it's look like visually in the Model preview window (select the node of the model in the list on the left side, and (in Model preview windows) click on "c" to center view on it: windows and doors should be painted with a different color than walls and roof.

Now, export the 3D model (in fact 2: ----.obj and -----uv2;Obj), and re-import them (just select the ----.obj, the -uv2.obj will be selected automatically) and be sure that the option "collapse subobjects to single mesh" is selected in the import window.

Now, look at the model in the Model preview windows... What do you see?
