Hmmm...I thought my first msg, with the pick was clear. At the last waypoint of the transit tactic, I changed tactic to ladderbox, but the platform (FFG), stops at the last waypoint from the transit tactice, and never start the ladderbox tactic.
Bill Nicols (topnotch map designer) and mike_espo mentioned they had the same experience .
I start to think Kapitain just means he can add more waypoints, not changing the tactic.
