Some are, some are recorded from the movie... I believe it's "use at your own risk" so to speak lol

Well, technically using video clips is illegal, just as using sound clips for mods is
. But they usually don't care about that sort of thing, since clips from movies are used in news shows all the time.
I just thought that since there have already been lawsuits over free downloads of copywrited music, they might frown on it; more like offering up whole movies than just using clips for a game.
