Just looked at it and Cimmaron doesn't use bubbles. This is a stock game ship so I suppose other stock game ships might not have them too, as opposed to imported SH3/4 ships where I often saw bubbles zone used.

I'll post instructions how to change this in ships later today.

Since at least 2.2.19 introduced major changes in campaign layer, updating from 2.2.16 to 2.2.24 should probably be done while in port and not on patrol in order not to mess up your saves.
