I am seeking to do an SH4 conversion of this mod. However, I need permission from the original author to publish my work, If I manage to complete it.

Therefore, I humbly ask Fsaconi for permission.

EDIT: I would also like to ask permission to publish the SH4 version of the Mod as an add-on for Fifi's "Dark Waters." mod.
