my observation more,no hull damage on some ship..
In my case I hit Ore Carrier with two T1 magnetic pistol torpedoes,one hit under the keel,second much higher

Well, i don’t check each time because playing 100% and avoid using external cam except for screen shots, but of what i already saw in my careers, ships hull do have damage decals here
(The few i checked)
So don’t know what to say...
