That's the in-game Roster list. Ship names aren't generated from there, but from the SH3 Commander Ship Names list. The Frog provided individual lists for insertion to that master list so Commander can provide names. That is the one which has the wrong names in it.
Of course I will use the Roster list to change mine, and the next update of Ship Names will have all these destroyers included.
[edit] Fixed. The May Ship Names update will definitely have all of the new destroyer types on it, so the player only has to install the mod to SH3 and not worry about Commander.
