I've usually been in TC mode, so I've never noticed it. I'll take a look.
[edit] I listened to Submarine_relieve_watch_INT in my installation and all I hear is a click, which means I blanked that file. Listen to it in yours. If you hear the whistle then you somehow have the wrong file. If you hear a click then I made a mistake, and it's tied to a different file.
