Nice bow, I have something similar. A note of caution however, no one has mentioned swine brucellosis or trichinosis, I assume precautions are being taken.
Wear gloves when dressing the meat, cook well ( not rare) or freeze first (3 weeks) etc.
An overnight marinade and slow cooking improves the tenderness, the boar 'taint' comes from excess testosterone.
