Choose "Language Localization" in the "Mission" dropdown box.
Click on Mission Title and then in the lower box on that window, type your title. Same procedure for mission briefings.
A picture can be added in the mission briefing by using the tag "#
missionname.tga#0,0,400,256" I think that the 0,0 sets the starting display location within the tga. 400,256 is the displayed portion of that tga.
