Anti-sonar/radar coating - Could be wrong about this, but I don't believe they've ever shown since Stock. It's just an upgrade you can have without any direct visual effect. There are however at least a couple of skin mods for use with various boats compatible with the U-boat compilations - Alberich or Albrecht is what you want to look for. To my knowledge only about ten boats were ever so equipped.
