That is strange, for me clicking the link I set up works perfectly. Go to page three of this forum, find a thread with 68 posts that is named "New WWII tank sim on the horizon".
Edit: Forget it, it just is above this thread, Konovalov has brought it forward again. Damn the man, he really ruined it!
