That is some early modding back in the day. A quick look around and found no files for the mod archives I know.
From reading the old post the mod is made up of the following :
- Real u-Boat version 1.45 (by Beery)
- Harbour Traffic 1.47 (by Rubini, FLB Sale's and Scirč)
- Advanced Hollywood Damage model SFX (by GouldJG)
You should be able to locate those mods individually and possibly recreate that mod yourself. But most of the major supermods have these mods or something close in them already.
Good luck in your quest for a 14 year old mod. Someone may pop up with it.
