Is this an important note to add for clarity?
Important to know if path to be used is stock menu.txt or menu.txt from within the NewUIs with TDC mod? (All depends on what is enabled/disabled in JSGME at the time. Similar situation like sober posted about snorkel in post #3 of [inf] sobers mega mod).
I always used the
OptionsFileEditorViewer.exe as TDW suggested
. I can not recall in my case YET if the menu.txt was the reasons for my RSD/silentotto. I will certainly keep this thread and especially menu.txt issues in mind.
