Deutschmark, you're probably right. I've seen it written both ways, but without the hyphen seems to be the most common.

Possibly. The MoS numbers were the official military designations, whereas the letter codes were Morane-Saulnier's in-house names. The planes seem to have been most commonly known by the letter codes.
