Thank you! I did everything, and now I can enable the Tomsen's soundpack.
But I still can't enable TKSS18 German U-boat compilation. When I try to, JSGME says -

"NSS_Uboat2_CR.dsd" has already been altered by the "Thomsen's Sound Pack V3.2cg" mod.
"NSS_Uboat21_CR.dsd" has already been altered by the "Thomsen's Sound Pack V3.2cg" mod.
"NSS_Uboat7_CR.dsd" has already been altered by the "Thomsen's Sound Pack V3.2cg" mod.
"NSS_Uboat9_CR.dsd" has already been altered by the "Thomsen's Sound Pack V3.2cg" mod.
