Should I mention that this link is taken from included TWoS documentation, "Solving issues" section to be exact?
Probably your mod list is causing the problems. Remove those water drips. It's a mod from 2010 and it's overwriting very sensitive submarine sim files...How did you came to the conclusion that it is compatible with TWoS after all?
