Thought it might be related to restarting the game too soon, but no, there's no second session running for sure on the latest instance.
I'm running Win 10 pro and the Disable Fullscreen Optimization menu apparently no longer exists in the Display menu and its submenus.
Could you elaborate on the High DPI thingie approach?
