Hi Tomnikov here;s what I found that may help you solve your problem.

If you get d3dx9_37.dll error download
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/d3dx9_37.zip?0VFjSEdLdS

Or
If you get d3dx9_30.dll error then download

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/d3dx9_30.zip?0VFjSEdLjU

and copy into C: \ WINDOWS \ system32
