GWX 3 has some bugs but clear GWX environment has bugs very rare.
What sub? What base? Any ship improvements applied?
Load your save in base only or on sea?
Any other mods (gui etc.). If yes list all here (in jsgme v. 2.2+ select tasks/export activated mods list)
