I use the Extreme 3D Pro and I'm happy with it. It has 12 buttons, so you really dont need to even touch your keyboard. I have all the main functions on the joystick, gears, flaps, trims etc.

And like Kratos said, it's cheap. I bought it for 31€. There's also the Logitech Force 3D Pro or something like that which is the same joystick, but has force feedback on it. Hunter's using that one.
