In RA 1.48 weaponmalfunction will be "No" by default
2. You can use Narrowband:
- all torpedoes first frequency is 55Hz 65Hz or 75Hz (shkval type)
- sound is strong and first frequecny is visible from very far range
Also audible sound in BroadBand mode is characteristic
3. I don't know exactly but since RA 1.47 was limited around 30 nmi.
Btw new RA 1.48 should be released within 4-6 hours
