I'm thinking about crafting shopping cart handle germ covers from thin wall PVC pipe. I remove a 3/4" section lengthwise from a 1&1/4" pipe. My prototypes seem to snap in place on most carts I've tried although there would need to be two different lengths to handle almost every cart out there. I've bought 100 ft of pipe to start, but I need to make a jig for my circular saw yet. The prototype I cut with an angle grinder, but that's risky business.
