I have emailed them about the damage and got a very quick response. They say they will replace the damaged disks. I will let you know how it plays out.
I did enjoy the only readable disk with the HD tour of the boat. There is a great deal there that you don't see in movies or in most pictures.
I received the two replacement disks on 03/17/12. They are both in good condition. I am satisfied that I got what I paid for and was fairly dealt with by the company. They're okay.
