I downloaded a file from Sergbuto on the Kriegsmarine and in the Readme file it says:
"This first part of the mod includes the following
4 German warships
K-class light cruiser (model by Greg Law, some small additions by me)
1924-type (or Raubtier or Wolf class) torpedo boat (model by Greg Law)
1937-type torpedo boat (model by Greg Law)
1935-type minesweeper ((model by Greg Law)
NOTE! To get them working you need German equipment, ammunition and sensor pack which is part of the my "Serg's SH3 library files" mod."

Where can I find the files in question or his mod?
