danke, Lurker, my scheds a bit full to do a lot of testing to get to the source of the problems.
I know the missing crew is from the crewmembers.upc. I can upload a good replacement anytime, I'll do that now, actually.

but the rest is leaving me a little boggled

download it in my sig can't miss it. but if you do, it is called crewfixforadmiralscheerplayable.rar
the only reason it's rar'ed is so people know the proper directory to drop the file in. the instructions are also in the readme
