I should probably mention that if you have this problem, you have already tried to install LwAmi using the faulty .bat file and some "damage" has been done, i.e. some stuff the .bat file tries to copy to other places got deleted. To successfully install LwAmi, you then need to
1. disable everything again via JSGME
2. delete the Mods folder in your Dangerous Waters folder (if you have any other mods installed, obviously only delete the LwAmi stuff inside that folder)
3. re-extract the Mods folder from the LwAmi .zip file
4. proceed with the instructions in the above post
