Drones are useful tools.

I have a niece whose partner is a big time mussle and oyster farmer here on the Island. He uses a drone to check on his lines which are spread out over large areas of water...and to keep an eye on the thieves. Big savings in manpower and time.

My daughter's boyfriend is a k-9 guy for the RCMP. When ever they are tracking someone who may be dangerous the drone guy gets called in. They can keep an eye on him and stay at a safe distance. They usually let the person see the drone and that's when they give up.
