GWX just seems to mess things right up. My version of Windows 10 will be different to yours Version 2004 Build 19037.1
The main thing we've to understand is when the mod was made, Windows 10 certainly wasn't part of that build of GWX.
Installing over a fresh install of SH3 according to there instructions doesn't work for the version of Windows 10 I am using.
I didn't try the 4GB patch thing.
