Acctually there is...
I'm working to release the source code of patSH3r under OSL3 in a couple of weeks (cleaning up the code). If you would do the same, this problem would be out of the way quite fast, I think.

There might be more files than the exe-file that differs. I know two releases that have five different DLL-files too.
