Started work on a Template for 010 Hex Editor.
Using the Template will allow just having drop-down selection lists for the stuff others have blazed like Sub and such.
Doing a Template also allows an easier way to view the file and figure out unknown values. (TDW's SH5 editor started as a 010 template for SH5!)
