Start by reading the tma sections of
- Timmy G00 tactical multiplayer manual
- Red Book
The first one you can download on
www.subguru.com and the second you can download on CADC (comanders academy and dive center website).
For CADC you have to register though.
Those 2 guides were made by players for players and they are very very clear with lots of images.
