a couple of suggestions, not related with your map issue though:
- Armaments & equipment patch v 0.2 includes previous versions; since you enabled it, you don't need v0 and v0.1;
- increase even more blah blah ... was just a test mod, and it was based on a wrong interpretation of guns' parameters. I suggest you to disable it.
