Yes this camera effect can be found in some gui like Ahnenerbe or ARB, and probably others but i can’t use them.
This water effect can be given to any camera.dat —-> UZO/attack periscope/obs periscope/Binoculars/free camera nodes.
You will have to add the controller Camera effects to any optical you want, who contains drop duration/blur duration/radius
Or You can adjust it to your liking for the one already existing by opening the camera.dat and adjusting values in camera effect controller.
I never saw a mod that does it alone. But it’s easy enough to make it yourself!
Only S3D is required to open the camera.dat.
