After contacting Vultr.com technical support (Props to them. Really fast response and definitely knew their stuff!) it seems like a huge pain in the butt and more expensive than I had anticipated to host Dangerous Waters over a VPS. I will have to consider other options. The good news is that with proper port forwarding,
and considering the risks of having open ports, almost anyone can host without having to use a VLAN client.
