Have you installed the LAA (Large Adress aware) application linked to your SH4?
It will give you more memory dedicated to this mod (if you have enough anyway - you need at least 8GB RAM, more the better)

I'm running system with only 2GB of RAM. And
this has never been an issue before. If my system is the issue, the problem already happen before I install the update.
Only after I install update 8 this become an issue. When I play with starting years Sept 1944 (if I'm not mistaken) based in Batavia the CTD is merely random, however I'm now trying to play with starting year 1943 Operation Monsuun the CTD is certain guarantee everytime I access outside view (periscope or bridge view)
