Hello you are right UD drag was 0,5 and it is now -0.02, so I suggest you go to 0,5 direction and see when time compression problem goes away.
hope it will not reduce rocking too much.
About adding flags to other U-boats, look how I added it to IXA with S3D.
and see if you can add it to other u_boats.
. You can then release it as your own mod.
