It maybe necessary to open the lower hatch as well; as when exiting the conning tower upper hatch to access the bridge. Once in the con tower, cursor the attack scope and you're in business. The exterior ladders to the deck on either side of the con tower descending to the deck-gun and ascending back to the bridge are a also little dicey-both up an down. Some practice with the mouse is useful.
