It should be possible in theory, but I think you are boldly going where no man has gone before. Expect a certain amount of pain.
SH3 and associated mods run fine using the Wine compatibility program on x86 Linux, machines only a small amount of messing with the config required (see

The freeware Wine is supposed to run on MacOS and M1, see

if money is not a problem (hell, you've got a mac, you have loads of cash, or used to have...) there is the wine-derived crossover

PS most folks buy the game on Steam these days to keep Ubisoft happy but actually install OneAlex GWX or Fifi's NYGM enhanced hardcore which are all modded up and do not require the original game files any more. See the stickies at the top of the SH3 mods forum on this site.
