Decks Awash patch
When I'm staying on the bridge:
I can using UZO - it's OK
I can firing torpedoes - it's OK
I can't using deckgun - it's OK
I can using (myself) AAguns - it's OK
But
I can't watch with binoculars 
- why? it's not good
