Ontos with those Russian websites what you have to do is open a new window to be able to download their stuff.Otherwise you get re-directed to a page full of averts....
Try the tanksim.org.ru website.I checked it out 2 days ago and they now have Beta 1.5 available for downlaod.It's a fairly user-friendly website with automatic translation into English:here's the link I just clicked on it now and it worked:
