I am not sure whether RSRD addresses the Tambor career bug that
1_TMO_25_small_patch was made to fix, because I don't use RSRD and cant check.

What is your mod list and mod order? Check out the topic linked above, not a lot of help but his problem was resolved. Hopefully your fix will be simple. Many players run RSRD & TMO without any trouble.
