May... wanna add that there destroyer, the one that leads you out of Kiel.
Seems the guys manning the guns, are related to Casper the ghost... all that is there on any sign of them, is their helmets, floating in mid air.
Will see of grabbing a screen shot of it, to pin down the exact destroyer... but know it is the one that steams ahead of you, if you go with leaving from the docked spot there in port.
Not sure if there are any other ships that deal with that same issue or not, will see if that is the case there, as I am able to.
Date was at the very beginning, sailing out of Kiel harbor.
