In the first version of MoBo I didn't (apparently) include limitations about nodes or units having to be plotted on the visible map. It will allow you to plot a node somewhere out beyond the windowed range of the application if you want.

Trouble is, once you plot a node or unit and move it beyond the visible map range, it simply can't be selected. If the node is not connected to anything you wouldn't notice it and it could just be safely ignored.

If however, the unit IS attached to something, you might have this irritating line connecting to something offscreen that is muddling up your display. In that case, there is only one way to pull that contact back into the editable range. You select the OwnShip unit and on the right-click menu you'll notice a movement option for "All". This allows you to drag around OwnShip and move all units in relation simultaneously. You could use that option to bring a node back from the great beyond, reposition or delete the node and then use the "All" feature to put everyone back where they started.

In a later version of Mobo you might have the option to pull up a list of all units and be able to select and delete the ones that are BVR.
