Surprised to hear this, personally I'm experiencing the exact opposite. In my current carreer (2 patrols in 1941) I've hit a total of 12 vessels, each with 1 torpedo. Out of the 12 vessels hit 11 were sunk, an unrealistic succesrate. Vessels sunk include a 19000t liner and a 14000t troopship. Vessels of this size should require more than 1 torpedo on average to be sunk. In my experience the torpedoes in game are too powerfull. I play TWOS 2.2.24 100% realism and only use contact pistol, depth setting 2-4 meters.
