I dont know Vecko. It was in an small popup window, just after connecting to the internet and before I installed UPLAY again. Strange thing is that right after I installed UPLAY it said it has an update too. Must be the same one. Needless to say I didn't do that. Got he automatic update checked off as well.
Still behaving smoothly although some features are not better then 2.2.12. In manning the flak gun, there are sometimes no men. The guns move by themselves and they switch to hold fire often in the middle of a fight. Also the anouncement of sub sighted in friendly waters is much more then in 2.2.12
