You have alot of conflicting mods!!!!
Check the order in which they are loaded/installed.

I'm not sure about all of them, because i've not used/ tested them all.

But the one highlighted red i know for sure are in the wrong order.

No Damn Bubbles, No Damn Halo Mod Should be before NDB,NDH OM#1 - No Dialog Indicator

And Environment MOD_2.0 should be before U-boat Historical Specifications 1.3, No Damn Bubbles, No Damn Halo Mod and NDB,NDH OM#1 - No Dialog Indicator.

When you use JSGME to install the mods, it should show the conflicts. Then you need to decide which order to install. The mods you install last will overwrite previous installed mods if they conflict.
